Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Matt Groleau is the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor for Walton High School’s Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program. Lt Col Groleau earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration Degree from the University of Nebraska and Masters Degree in Both Leadership / Business Management from Bellevue University and in Military Operational Arts and Science from Air University. Now in his 5th year of teaching, Lt Col Groleau brings with him 28 years of leadership, people development, and mentorship experience. While on active duty, Col Groleau commanded at the flight, squadron, and deputy group level. He served at sixteen duty stations ranging from San Antonio to Afghanistan, Japan to Korea. Lt Col Groleau feels blessed to serve our community and the students of Walton High School.

Kelley Stephenson holds her bachelor's degree in English from Muskingum University and her master's degree in library science from Texas Woman's University. She brings her eleven years of experience from teaching in Ohio and Texas to WHS and is starting her sixth year as a Walton Brave for the 2021-22 school year.

Chelsea Wright earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University and her master’s in Instructional Technology. Chelsea is married and has three children attending schools in DeFuniak Springs. She worked in the financial field the past several years and then decided to follow her childhood dream of becoming a teacher.

Mr. Farris was born and raised in Walton County. He earned his bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Florida State University and has been teaching at Walton High since 2017. He also serves as an assistant football coach and head coach for girls soccer.

Michelle Tredway earned a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of West Florida and a Master of Music in Music Education from Florida State University. Now in her 29th year of public school teaching, Mrs. Tredway has been a collaborative pianist for the Imperial Symphony Orchestra, the Okaloosa Chamber Singers, many years of Okaloosa All County Choirs, and six All State Choirs. Kodaly trained and Orff Certified, Mrs. Tredway has taught elementary music, AP high school Music Theory, middle school Chorus, and currently, high school Chorus. Coming from 10 years as an Okaloosa County Middle School Choral Director, Mrs. Tredway's choirs have consistently earned the highest rating of 'Superior' from all adjudicators at District Music Performance Assessments. Additionally, while under her direction, the Ruckel Choirs have earned 'Choir of Distinction' status all 4 years that that delineation has been in existence. Her love of Choral Music is what brings her to the limitless and relentless Walton High School! Mrs. Tredway is grateful to be able to work at Walton High School in order to build a Chorus Culture in a spacious, beautifully-furnished facility.

Randi Anne McKie holds her bachelor’s degree in Physics from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She has a master’s degree in teaching from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and a master’s degree in school counseling from the University of West Alabama. This is her 15th year teaching AP Physics and her 8th year in school counseling. She is also a high school science/math teacher on Walton Virtual School and an AP Physics Reader for the College Board in the summer. Her current guidance responsibilities include serving as 11th and 12th grade guidance counselor; dual enrollment counselor (NWFSC and ECTC) for all grade levels; state assessment testing coordinator; parent night event coordinator; and certified bus driver.

Gwen Parker is a veteran teacher with more than a decade of experience at Walton High School. She loves teaching and feels it is a gift as well as a blessing. She serves as a math teacher and girls track coach. She earned degrees from Chipola College and the University of West Florida. Her hobbies include theology and outdoor activities.

Mrs. English was born in Fort Walton Beach and raised in nearby Ponce de Leon. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida and her master's degree from Florida State University. She worked for Holmes District School Board for 17-1/2 years before joining the Walton County School District in 2016.

Mr. Ingle teaches U.S. History, A.P. Geography, and Government/Economics at Walton High. He is entering his 24th year with the district, with the last 22 being at Walton High. He strives to make his content relevant and engaging for his students. His desire is to provide life lessons for his students as they advance through and exit high school. He is a graduate of Walton High School and the University of West Florida.
