As the 2017-2018 school year comes to a close, students in grades 3rd - 5th grade celebrated their achievements this year with their last Awards Day Ceremony. Many were attendance for this special occasion. Parents, teachers, and friends were all there in support of these elementary Bobcats. The students were all happy and proud to have Superintendent Hughes in attendance to celebrate this EPIC year and watch them receive their awards with PRIDE, PASSION, and PURPOSE.

Paxton School has officially been named a FAFSA Champion for the 2017-2018 school year, which means that our school boosted its completion rate of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The Florida FAFSA Challenge is a statewide campaign to increase the proportion of Florida high school seniors who complete the FAFSA, which helps students qualify for financial aid to pay for college expenses. We are proud to have taken part of the Florida FAFSA Challenge and to be the home of so many driven students. Congratulations, Bobats! Submitted by Kalli McMillan.
