In support of National Unity Day, the Walton County School District joined emeraldcoastkids.org’s WEAR ORANGE for #UnityDay2017. Students from all over the district wore orange on October 25th, and participated in activities throughout the month to help raise awareness of the serious issue of bullying. Activities emphasized the importance of kindness, acceptance, inclusion and the need for unity.
Superintendent Russell Hughes and the district office administration and staff all wore orange for the event, and gathered together to show their support for the anti-bullying cause!
