A Fond Farewell and Exciting New Beginnings at Walton High
The Walton Braves family is extending a heartfelt THANK YOU to Head Coach Keith White for four incredible years of dedication, leadership, and success within Walton High School’s football program.
On December 16, Coach White announced that this was his final season as the Braves’ head football coach. While stepping away from the sidelines, he will remain a vital part of Walton High, continuing to serve students as the Dean of Students.
Principal Brianna Leavins reflected on Coach White’s legacy, saying:
“I am thankful for the legacy Coach White has left at Walton High School. His commitment to our young men on and off the field has created lasting impacts for generations to come.”
In just four years, Coach White led the Braves to a remarkable 38-11 record, guiding the team to playoff runs every season, including an unprecedented 12-win season. His tenure marked not only victories on the field but also invaluable life lessons for his players.
Coach White shared his gratitude, stating;
“I would like to thank all my players, colleagues, and those who believed in my ability to lead this team. I’m excited for this new role, where I can extend my impact to more students and our entire Walton community.”
The Walton Braves family is proud to celebrate Coach White’s achievements and grateful for the tireless service he has given to the program. While we reflect on the successes of Braves Football under Coach White’s leadership, the excitement builds as we prepare to embark on a new chapter: the search for the next Head Football Coach and Athletic Director who will carry the torch of Braves pride and tradition.
Thank you, Coach White, for everything. Once a Brave, always a Brave!
