GPA Requirements: Seniors - 3.0 / Juniors - 3.2 / Sophomores - 3.4 / Freshmen - 3.4
Members are required to complete at least 3 hours of community service from Anchor Club sponsored events per month.
Dues are $50 for new members and $40 for returning members.
Meetings are held in the media center the first and third Friday of each month at 7:45 a.m.
The ASLHS recognizes the outstanding achievements of students studying ASL. Our primary objective is to foster and acknowledge exceptional academic achievement in ASL studies. See Ms. Wilson in room 147 (yellow hall) for more info.

To earn an honors cord:
Minimum of a B average in ASL course work
Two years of ASL taught by a member of the American Sign Language Teachers Association
Must be an ASLHS member for at least two years and a member your senior year
Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA
To earn a silver honors medal:
Minimum of a B average in ASL coursework
Three years of ASL taught by a member of the American Sign Language Teachers Association
Must be an ASLHS member for at least two years and a member your senior year
Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA
To earn a gold honors medal:
Minimum of an A average in ASL coursework
Three years of ASL taught by a member of the American Sign Language Teachers Association

Walton High's Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) meet in Ms. Grey's room (116) on Friday mornings at 7:30.

The Gaming Club meets every Wednesday from 3:30 to 5:00 in room 179.

To earn a graduation honor cord, students must do the following:
maintain an active club membership
complete four advanced courses staring with geometry
maintain a "B" average in all math courses
pay $10 for the graduation cord
National Honor Society is now accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year. Applicants must be in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade and have a minimum 3.5 weighted GPA (calculated from math, ELA, science, and social studies credits). Students must also be enrolled in at least one honors-level course. Applications are available from Mrs. West in room 238. Applications must be renewed yearly, so students that were members last year must reapply. Applications & dues must be turned in by September 29, 2023.

Get involved! Be a part of Student Council, and have a voice in school-related activities.
Join the WHS Tribe! Tribe members will participate in various events throughout the school year to help spread school spirit. Dues are $5. See Mrs. Lindsey in room 112 for an application. The first morning meeting will be held on August 29 at 7:30 a.m., and the first afternoon meeting will be held on August 30 at 3:25 p.m. Applications and dues must be turned in by September 27.
