Services:
Students are encouraged to come to the Library Media Center (LMC) to check out materials, read, study, use computers, or quietly relax.
Checking Out Books:
All students may check out up to two books for a period of two weeks. All material may be renewed for one additional two-week period.
Computer Access:
There are 100 computer workstations in the Library Media Center. These workstations may be used to browse the school's and district's collections (via Destiny), conduct research, and complete miscellaneous school-related tasks. Students may print (in black ink only) for $0.10 per page.
Accelerated Reader:
Participation in the Accelerated Reader Program is encouraged. There are over 3,000 AR titles available for students to check out. There are over 200,000 AR quizzes. Want to check to see if a book has an AR quiz? Click the link below to search for your title:

Ask a Librarian provides Florida residents with virtual reference services through chat, text, and email.
Citation Machine helps students and professional researchers to properly credit the information that they use. Its primary goal is to make it so easy for student researchers to cite their information sources.
ClassLink is WCSD's single sign-on, where you can easily access resources in one spot (and with one sign-on). This portal provides access to Destiny, Khan Academy, Algebra Nation, FOCUS, online textbooks, etc.
This is the site used to catalog the media center collections throughout the district.
This site helps with your works cited documentation. It includes formatting for MLA, APA, and Chicago/Turabian citation styles.

SYNC - Free Audiobooks for Teens
From May to August, SYNC offers weekly FREE audiobook downloads of a teen title paired with a classic/required reading title. (In the off season, new audiobook suggestions are provided.)
