Attention students interested in cheering next year:📣

Walton High is hosting a Cheer Clinic for middle & high school students on 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this clinic is to provide athletes with an opportunity to improve on skills to prepare for upcoming cheer tryouts. The cost is $25 per participant. Jump skills; motions technique; stunting skills; and tumbling tips will be covered. All clinic participants must complete the registration form, which may be downloaded at https://5il.co/3bh8e.

𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬:
There will be a 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 parent meeting in the WHS gym on 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟕, at 5:30 p.m. Parents unable to attend this meeting must make arrangements with Mrs. Zodrow (850-892-1270 / 850-830-1035 / zodrowca@walton.k12.fl.us) to meet, discuss, and sign the required paperwork.

- 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟕 – 3:30-5:30 p.m.
- 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟖 – 3:30-5:00 p.m.
- 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟗 – 3:30-4:30 p.m.
- 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥𝟏𝟎 - possible open gym time if needed
- 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟏 - 3:45-until - tryouts

* Students must have a current physical on file & a minimum 2.5 GPA to participate.
* Cost to tryout is $15 – This money is to pay for judges (NCA/UCA staff members, college coaches, college cheerleaders, former coaches).
