WHS Girls Weightlifting Summer Workouts

Are you interested in getting stronger, building confidence, and being part of something special? Come join the WHS girls weightlifting team this summer! All returning athletes, current WHS students interested in joining the team, and upcoming freshmen are welcome.
This is a great opportunity to meet the team, learn the basics, build strength, and see what girls weightlifting is all about. No experience is needed – just come ready to work, learn, and be part of the Queens of the Barbell.
Workout dates & times:
July 15–17: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
July 20–21: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
July 22–24: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
